Meet Our Staff: Rachel Dapper
Rachel is another sweet lady on staff. I’ve gotten to enjoy baking with her and sharing book recommendations. She has experience living on the field in West Africa and serving in various departments at Ethnos360 Bible Institute. She also regularly hosts a small group of ladies in her apartment.

Where are you from originally?
California.
When did you join the Ethnos360 Bible Institute team?
I joined the team at our Jackson, Michigan campus in January 2016 and served there until we consolidated the two campuses in 2020. I moved to Waukesha at that point and have been serving here since then.
What’s your role at Ethnos360 Bible Institute?
I’m the Registrar and Academic Advisor for Online Education.
What is your favorite thing about serving at Ethnos360 Bible Institute?
Watching the Word of God impact students’ lives. I also really love looking for ways to improve our online students’ experience.
What is something the student body might not know about you?
I’ve lived on the westernmost part of the entire continent of Africa (Dakar, Senegal).
At what point in your life were you convinced to become involved with missions?
I was very young—maybe six or so. I remember reading a book of missionary stories and knowing that I absolutely wanted to be a part of telling people about Jesus.
What’s your favorite place to eat or thing to do here around Waukesha?
It’s pretty simple, but I love taking walks around town or at nature reserves.
What pastimes do you enjoy?
Cooking/baking, gardening, reading, and drinking coffee with friends.
Do you have a “hero of the faith” that you admire, and if so, what about them is inspiring?
That’s a hard question—there are too many to pick from! I grew up reading so many biographies of missionaries and others who gave their lives for the Lord. Their stories gave me a deep conviction that Jesus is worthy of everything, no matter what the cost might be. Corrie Ten Boom, Jim and Elisabeth Elliot, George Muller, and Felix Manz are a few that come to mind right now.
Who is your favorite author or musician?
I’m not sure that I have a favorite author, but Elizabeth Wagler is the author of my childhood favorite book, Evangelists in Chains. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve probably read that book about fifty times!
Where is your favorite place to spend time?
It’s a tie between the outdoors and home.
