Arrival Information
During registration weekend we have students arriving from all over the country and all over the world! As a service to incoming freshmen, we make arrangements to see that those who are flying are picked up and brought to the school. Please fill out the Arrival Form as soon as you know your travel plans.
Single Students
Please plan to arrive on one of the two designated arrival days. If you need to arrive before or after the specified times, please communicate directly with your respective dean. You can find contact information for the deans department on the new student information page.
Married Students
Please contact the Deans of Married Students as you make plans for your arrival. It may be possible to arrive before the arrival and move in days, but it’s essential that you communicate with us. We recommend arriving early enough to be moved in and unpacked before Registration starts. You can find contact information for the Dean of Married Students on the new student information page.
Method of Arrival
Flying
If you plan to FLY, we recommend that you fly into General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee. You may make your own arrangements to get from the airport to EBI or a staff member can pick you up for a small fee. Please make these arrangements with your respective dean.
If you choose to fly into either of the Chicago airports (O’Hare ‘ORD’ or Midway ‘MDW’) we typically ask that you take a shuttle from Chicago to the Milwaukee airport. From there you will need to make arrangements to get from the airport to EBI. Please make these arrangements with your respective dean.
Bus / Amtrak
The Milwaukee Intermodal Station is a combined BUS and Amtrak TRAIN depot. It is downtown at 433 W St. Paul Avenue. You may make your own arrangements to get from the station to EBI or a staff member can pick you up for a small fee.
