Course Instructor: 

Jason Weaver has served with Ethnos360 since 2003. His positions include teaching at Ethnos360 Bible Institute and Ethnos360 Training, as well as consulting for Bible translators on the language and meaning of New Testament passages. Jason has a Master of Arts in New Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School..

Course Description:  

This course will cover the material of each of the OT historical books in a detailed overview.  
The character of God and His goals for human history will be in focus throughout the course.

Course Goals:

  1. Upon completion of this course,  
    The student will be familiar with the general outline and content of each of the OT  
    historical books.  
  2. The student will appreciate the value of the OT historical books for Christians today,  
    understanding how they show the development of God’s story for human history.  
  3. The student will understand the significance of King David and God’s covenant with him  
    for the rest of the Bible. 
  4. The student will have a greater knowledge of and appreciation for God’s character  
    based on the various stories covered in the course.

Credits: 3
Class Cost: $480
