What is Campus Visit Weekend?

Ethnos360 Bible Institute’s campus visit weekend runs from registration at 4:00 Thursday afternoon to Friday 4:30. You will experience college life by staying overnight in the dorms, sitting in classes and a fun student social event. 

Does it cost anything?

There is absolutely no cost! You handle transportation and we will handle everything else. 

Who can attend?

Anyone 16 years or older may register and stay the night in the dorm on Thursday night. The event is over by Friday dinner, but if you would like to stay overnight on Friday night you need to be at least 18 years old.  

Can I bring my parents, leader or family?

Yes, you may bring your parents, leader or family.  

It is important that if the parent/leader/family coming with you wants to eat in the dining hall, that each person completes their own registration. On the registration it will ask which meals they plan to eat in the dining hall.

Campus Visit Weekend happens at Ethnos360 Bible Institute, Waukesha, Wisconsin.

When should I arrive?

Registration begins at 4:00 on Thursday. Please don’t arrive earlier as your host is not available until 4:00 If you need to arrive earlier, there is a coffee shop on campus where you can wait until the event begins at 4:00.

What should I bring?

You should bring a change of clothes, toiletries, sleeping bag/bedding, a pillow, and a notebook and Bible.  

Who should fill out a registration?

Every student should fill in their own registration. Also every parent/leader/family member who plans to eat in the dining hall should each fill in their own registration and mark which meals they will eat. 

Is there a place for my parent/leader/family to stay?

There are no places to stay on campus, but there are many hotels nearby like: 

  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee/Brookfield 
  • Hampton Inn Milwaukee/Brookfield 
  • Tru by Hilton Milwaukee/Brookfield 
  • Milwaukee Marriott West 

How long is the campus visit?

It is 24 hours. Please arrive at 4:00 on Thursday to begin registration. The event is done by 4:30 on Friday. After the event is over, you are welcome to stay for:  

  • Dinner at 5:15 in the dining hall on Friday night.  
  • Global Gatherings at 7:00 on Friday night.. 
  • You are welcome to stay in the dorm Friday night, but only if you are at least 18 

What is the schedule like?

Thurdsay
4:00-4:30 Arrival. When you enter the front doors, your host will meet you and take you to your room.
5:00 Your host will bring you to the lobby for a campus tour
5:45 Dinner in dining hall with the students
7:00 fun student event  

 Friday
7:15-7:45 Breakfast 
8:00-8:50 Orientation in the student lounge
9:00-9:50 you get to pick a class to sit in 
10:00-10:30 chapel 
10:40-11:30 you get to pick a class to sit in
11:30-12:00 Resthaven Cafe and merch store are open till 12 
12:00-1:00 Lunch 
1:00-1:45 Q & A with current students answering your questions.
At the same time there is a Q & A for parents/leaders with staff. (tell your parents/leaders that they are invited to this) 
2:00-3:30 downtown tour 
4:00-4:30 wrap up. At this point the event is officially over.
After the event is over, you are welcome to stay for: 

  • Dinner at 5:15 
  • 7:00 Global Gatherings Friday night. 
  • If you are at least 18, you may stay another night in your dorm room. 
  • Saturday Brunch at 10:00 (Checkout is at 11:00 Saturday) 

Can I stay Friday night?
You can stay on Friday night if you are at least 18 years old. Saturday Brunch is served in the dining hall at 10:00, and check-out time is 11:00.
