The Jackson campus takes up nearly one city block in Jackson’s city center in mid-Michigan. The city of Jackson has a population of nearly 40,000 and is a short drive from both Ann Arbor (University of Michigan) and Lansing (Michigan State University).
The main campus houses the administrative and faculty offices, classrooms, library, a dining hall that can seat 170 people, student dorms, a student center, bookstore, a 650-seat auditorium and a gymnasium. The campus complex includes additional housing for married students and their families, a children’s playground, laundry facility, as well as a two-bay garage and maintenance shops.
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is 61.6 miles away and Capital City Airport (LAN) in Lansing is 46.2 miles away.

Dahlem Conservancy provides environmental education and outdoor experiences to the people of south central Michigan. Colorful gardens, lush forests, flower-studded grasslands, rolling meadows, marshes, and ponds blanket our nearly 300 acres and help highlight Michigan’s changing seasons.
The Cascades, also known as the Cascade Falls, are one of Jackson’s most unique and spectacular attractions. Featuring fireworks shows, its own Ice Cream shop and regular concerts Cascades park is key part of Jackson life.
Roasting and brewing great coffee since September 2006, Jackson Coffee uses small drum roasters in their downtown Jackson store, located in the heart of Jackson’s business district.
With seven galleries which feature changing exhibits of art and Jackson history, hands-on children’s activities in the galleries, you can enjoy touring the elegantly furnished Victorian home, a one-room schoolhouse, an authentic log cabin and other historical buildings.
